Multi-national banking for issuing guarantee

GTRF is a web platform in a multi-national bank for their internal processes to issue a bank guarantee. The current process by the bank included 2 different applications, one for approving the transactions and other for uploading the documentation and indexing the files. An agile methodology was followed for the project where every 2 weeks we had to demo the work completed/ UX activities conducted in those sprints. The project was in the Banking and finance sector where most of the end users were based in Hong Kong, Singapore and India.

Our Approach

01

Kick-off calls

Primary Research was conducted with the Stakeholders and the end-customers who were a part of the logistics. Pain points & opportunity areas could be mapped with their insights.

04

Interviews with internal
stakeholders

It's important to manage both the business goals and the user goals. For the business goals, we wanted to show the client the type of value they expect from the product and  advocate for the user to create the best user experience possible.

02

Stakeholder workshops

A list of blogs about auctioned cars, logistics could help us understand how the industry worked. A couple of initial research articles shared by the client were referred to understand the flows.

05

Mapping user goals and Persona mapping

All the User research inputs and insights were mapped to an Experience map based on the personas identified. This helped map all possible task flows and iterate better.

03

Identifying Business Goals

A Competitive Analysis report was created taking into consideration the competitors in the marketplace who were in the similar domain. An ideal USP was mapped out which later was integrated in design.

06

Wireframing

All the task flows analyzed helped us create an information architecture to connect the dots and look at the whole picture. Any new features identified were added to this flow to make it smoother.

Project composition

Squads/ Pods

The project was broken down into 6 different pods/squads who worked on various screens for Indexing, recording and approval

phases.

Stakeholder team
